Strategic HR Business Leader and trusted partner that balances operational excellence with a growth mindset. Thinks beyond function and geography to advance Sysmex and the healthcare industry. In a VUCA environment and in a growing market in product offerings and geography, will have a high tolerance for ambiguity, creates a vision for the future, is results oriented and is an empathic and curious leader. Thinks about the HR function from the outside -in including the macro environment and our customers.
- **Manages an efficient and effective Human Resources function** including: Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Data Analytics. Analyzes full employee lifecycle management and maximizes the power of moments for high engagement.
- **Strong Employer Brand and Talent Acquisition**:Builds upon a strong Sysmex employer brand and highlights Sysmex as a top employer. Creates efficient and effective sourcing strategies and brings in the best talent to a fast-growing company. Determines required skills and competencies for growth.
- **Focus on Leadership Development and builds a development culture**:Active senior leader on business leadership team. Identifies and creates leadership development approach for various levels while building development culture at all levels. Effectively partner with business leaders to optimize the organization and results.
- **Uses technology and data analytics to drive efficiencies and predict trends. **On time and well adopted implementation of Success Factors, SAP HR implementation. Determines key drivers and advocates for change/investment/enhancement. Implements change management principles for migration of systems and practices.
- **Builds Sysmex culture and passionate for engagement and teams. **Celebrates associate and company milestones & accomplishments. Builds upon Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Ensures powerful action plans are implemented for engagement survey. Creates inclusive environments within & between the various facilities. Expert on Employee Relations and local employment agreements/dispute management.
- **Builds a robust succession planning process**. Effectively builds relationships and manages structured and powerful process to optimize the organization and results. Supports development of strong potentials and prepares them for the next roles.
- **Trusted partner to leadership teams in a matrixed organization**. Team player that delivers results in the HR function while influencing and partnering across the organization. Relates well to associates at all levels from entry level production to senior management.
- **Compensation Strategy**:Energized and data driven to share and advocate for compensation strategies working with SAI and the LATAM teams. Effectively uses benchmarking to analyze our current compensation strategy impacts and recommends adjustments as required. Passionate about educating senior leadership about comparisons to local markets.
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:
- Strong HR experience leading teams and managing change in multi-national company environments.
- Bachelor's degree. Advanced certificates or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Business is desirable.
- Portuguese, English (advanced), and Spanish (intermediate)
