Over the past few years EMnify sold mainly through a low touch sales model to a greenfield SMB customer base. Mid of 2021 EMnify started to invest into an Enterprise Sales Model moving its market penetration to upper market segments. This resulted in strongly increased bookings momentum.
**Team Description**:
Another part of EMnify's long-term business strategy is geographic expansion. At the moment EMnify is finalizing its acquisition of a market access license for the local Brazilian market. This will enable EMnify to acquire local Brazilian business. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and energized Country Manager with sales and general GTM background that helps us kick-start and grow the Brazilian business
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Define and build the initial GTM footprint enabling us to kick-start local market long-tail and enterprise penetration
- Attract, manage, and retain talents for your initial team
- Adopt and implement EMnify's sales processes and tools for the Brazilian team
- Work with EMnify's GTM leadership team on market segmentation and business and demand generation planning and execution
- Assess local customer success and support requirements and collaborate with the revenue management team to establish viable processes.
- Collaborate with EMnify's networking team on matters relating to EMNify's Brazilian network access contract
- Be the face, evangelist and spokesperson of EMnify in the Brazilian Market

**Your Profile**:

- You have 5+ years of relevant experience as a sales leader in the IoT startups, ideally worked as a country manager in a startup in Brazil already
- Proven ability in executing Go-Market strategies in IoT Industry in Brazil
- You have an successful track record in building high-performing team by attracting, managing and retaining talents
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian Connectivity Market and IoT tech and/or industry
- 100% fluency of the English and Portugues language mandatory
- Ability to provide insights & impact based on data and understanding of data analytics.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong customer, product and business-oriented thinking
