- Experience in business development, project management, and working with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Ability to speak and write in Portuguese fluently

- Experience managing an online community or ecosystem

**About the job**:
The YouTube Global Operations team is dedicated to ensuring that YouTube can scale its growth, and YouTube Shorts is for both creators to create and share videos, and for viewers to enjoy them. The mission of the YouTube Shorts business team is to scale growth in a healthy, thriving ecosystem of YouTube Shorts creators globally. This YouTube Shorts business team reports into the Go-To-Market and Support Solutions organization.
In this role, you will engage with our Shorts creators and recruit, educate, engage, and support our emerging YouTube Shorts creator communities across our key markets. You will create focused creator outreach and engagement strategy, scalable community communications, campaign management, scaled support, and the establishment and execution of an operational model that you’ll optimize over time as the YouTube Shorts community grows. You will be responsible for shaping and nurturing the Shorts Creator Community in your market.
You will be an advocate of the managed Shorts Creator Community in the market. Together with our cross-functional teams, you will establish a playbook aligned with the needs of rising stars and serve creators at scale, with a human-centric approach.

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify, acquire, communicate with, and develop YouTube Shorts creators.
- Develop and send scaled communication for various segments of the YouTube Shorts creator community.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and local teams on trends, campaigns, and events.
- Create scaled communication modules (e.g., newsletters, video series, etc.) for the YouTube Shorts Community. Host scaled workshops, events (e.g., virtual and otherwise) and peer-peer sessions for YouTube Shorts creators.
- Analyze creator feedback and recommend/drive changes to existing products, policies, and processes to increase creator satisfaction, activity, and performance.
