Shopee Operations teams cover the entire end-to-end operational process, from the moment the shopper searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the shopper receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Collections, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, Fraud, and Compliance. - Develop and create new processes and controls;
- Develop a routine for mapped actions plans and cause and effect solve problems;
- Hold results meetings with Soc's leaders, involving the operational team in order to ensure a good alignment of information between planned and carried out;
- Develop tools that help the planning team to structure the process of unfolding the S&Op alignments with the planning team;
- Participate in the construction of logistics network routes and translate them into operational plans, ensuring performance and cost control;
- Monitor and analyze the process in the routine, ensuring the updating of operational plans and preventively acting on improvements;
- Develop and analyze planning indicators that support the operation and ensure a controlled process;
- Acting in the development, implementation and control of projects, aiming to guarantee the continuous improvement of processes and the increase of operational productivity;
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor's Degree (completed) in Engineering, Logistics, Business Management;
- Higher education in engineering, logistics or related areas;
- High analytical capacity, to diagnose process improvements and solve complex problems;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Google Tools;
- Intermediate Datastudio;
- Knowledge of tools for project development;
- Experience with development and management of indicators (KPI's);
- SQL-Query programming will be a plus;
- Experience with production planning will be a plus;
- Commitment, good interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication;
