**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Fluent English
- Background in **Administration (Admin), Sales, English teacher with ADM skills or Customer Service**:

- Interest in **Human Resources (HR)**:

- Residing in **Greater Florianópolis**:

- Be well-organized, as we have many folders, acronyms, and processes to follow
- Accept feedback well, not be proud or attached to ideas
- Know that we are not the owners of the truth and always have something to learn
- Be motivated by goals and objectives
- Be proactive and take a lot of initiative
- Be diplomatic and value interpersonal relationships, meaning knowing how to work well in a team
- Problem-solving skills

**Salary: R$2,500.00 per month, with a bump to R$5,000.00 after the sixth month, based on performance evaluation.**

**Note**: This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) on a PJ contract.

Pay: R$2,500.00 - R$3,000.00 per month
