**Senior Pricing Analyst - Your future position?**

As a member of the Fragrances Pricing team, reporting to the LATAM Head of Price, you'll have the responsibility of performing daily pricing activities and providing pricing recommendations to ensure global pricing consistency and profitability according to our goals. You'll also work with business partnering with the commercial team, helping them on several financial and pricing analysis.

**In this challenging role, you will**:

- Perform ongoing pricing activities such as computing pricing parameters of our fragrances products, maintaining price lists, and providing target costs, and price monitoring processes.
- Provide pricing recommendations for briefs to the commercial team with supporting analysis, coordinate local pricing process for global and main international accounts, and provide price negotiation support.
- Participate in customer meetings and provide financial advice and recommendations and manage commercial/financial parameters on our systems, such as rebate accruals, exchange rates, and others.
- Analyze gross margin and identify product cost issues and address these with Sales, Operations, Finance & Technical groups and define action recommendations to avoid gross margin erosion.
- Manage annual price increases and adjustments for raw material impact, manufacturing cost changes or margin improvement on existing products. Manage prices exceptions and the formal process of low margin approvals.
- Support definition, documentation, implementation and maintenance of pricing related guidelines and principles. Ensure data maintenance and quality in all Pricing processes. Contribute to development of pricing strategy.
- Lead local and participate in regional /global projects and process improvement programs (with strategic impact on the region / country)

**You?**
- University Degree in Engineering, Business, Economy, Finance or other equivalent or relevant areas.
- 4+ years in industry pricing or finance, account management, market intelligence, sales coordination role in F&B industry or experience Fragrance industry in Commercial or FC&A area.
- Experience in Manufacturing - Flavor, Fragrance, Chemical or Pharma - desirable.
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written is required.
- Intermediate Spanish, both spoken and written is highly considered.
- Solid numerical skills.
- Preferably previous SAP experience
