A SkillHub está em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar como Account Manager/Customer Success Híbrido, com foco em retenção, expansão da base de clientes e excelência no relacionamento.
**Principais responsabilidades**:
Acompanhar a jornada do cliente após o onboarding
Garantir a entrega de valor contínua
Organizar a comunicação e sinalizar riscos de churn
Conduzir follow-ups e manter materiais atualizados
Apoiar o time interno e propor melhorias
Requesitos
Experiência em CS, Account Manager ou Pós-Venda
Excelente comunicação e organização
Conhecimento de CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot ou similar)
Habilidade com dados e planilhas (Google Sheets)
Perfil proativo, colaborativo e orientado a resultados
**Diferenciais**:
Vivência com clientes B2B, startups ou consultorias
Experiência em social selling ou uso de LinkedIn
Conhecimento em squads ágeis, Kanban ou Scrum
Fixo inicial de 1.800,00 + Bonus + Plano de carreira
**Escolaridade Mínima**: Ensino Médio (2º Grau)
