The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. - The Shopee Product Team's mission is to ignite opportunities for millions of people every day creating the right products to connect our clients with what they want, being sellers or buyers. The Product Team works closely with Asian HQ and other cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, rollout, and iterate on products. We’re focused on making incredible solutions to our customers, and that's why we are looking to hire a passionate and entrepreneurial product manager who seeks to change the face of e-commerce as we know it. - Identify issues and trends.
- Handle live issues cycle: investigation, management, prioritization, reporting, resolution coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Manipulate data and queries to perform troubleshooting and find insights.
- Collaborate closely and build relationships with the Product Managers, Software Developers and QA Engineers;
- Coordinate troubleshooting with Product Managers, Software Developers and QA Engineers.
- Learn how each of our products operates from the ground up;
- Design small products and features.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or business fields.
- Postman and Rest API.
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English to work with local and overseas teams. English will be the main working language.
- Excellent analytical skills to not only build dashboards from unstructured data but also to extract insights helpful for the product team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear logical thinking.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires autonomy and skills to deal with ambiguity.
- Ability to coordinate with counterparts in the Asian market.
