**COMO VOCÊ VAI CONSTRUIR UM MUNDO MAIS FRICTIONLESS** Customer Sucess Manager será o ponto focal e responsável pelo relacionamento com clientes **UNIKE** e com parceiros integradores para negociação, condução e entrega dos Projetos, procurando alinhar as expectativas e dores dos clientes e com a estratégia de negócio. ***O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER** - Manter relacionamentos com os clientes existentes, fornecendo excelente serviço e suporte; - Analisar dados de vendas para encontrar oportunidades de crescimento em clientes específicos ou com segmentos de clientes específicos; - Desenvolvimento de propostas para novas oportunidades de negócio e negociação de contratos com potenciais clientes; - Identificar as necessidades do cliente e recomendar novos produtos e serviços que sejam de interesse do cliente; ***O QUE BUSCAMOS FORMAÇÃO** - Experiência em relacionamento com clientes e com venda consultiva; - Facilidade para mapear e detalhar requisitos do projeto, que estejam aderentes com as "dores" e as necessidades dos clientes ou escopo da parceria; - Negociação das condições técnicas, funcionais e comerciais de contratos; - Habilidade para redigir e documentar acordos e condições negociadas; - Orientação a projetos e gestão de escopo, fases e prazos; - Habilidades para negociação e estabelecimento de compromissos e prazos com áreas internas; **NA** **UNIKE VOCÊ PODE TER**: Day-off mensal ; Modelo híbrido; Horários flexíveis; Cartão flexível para uso de vale alimentação, refeição, mobilidade ou saúde; Plano de saúde; Plano odontológico; Plano de estudos no ALURA; Curso de inglês; Betterfly (seguro de vida + plataforma de saúde & bem estar); Massagem relaxante; Total Pass; ZenKlub; New Value; **E aí, vamos conversar? **Responsabilidades e atribuições** **Requisitos e qualificações** **Informações adicionais** **O nome Frictech vem do conceito Frictionless, que significa SEM ATRITO.** Trabalhamos desenvolvendo soluções tecnológicas para gerar experiências positivas e fluidas.
