**About the position**

At goFLUENT, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment working alongside our sales managers during the entire customer lifecycle.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor for our B2B clients. You will be their main point of contact for all program-related enquiries and provide day-to-day support. You will also work closely with the sales manager to ensure that the solution and service delivered to our clients is aligned with their expectations; thus ensuring customer retention.

**What Youll Do**
- Develop and manage client portfolios, deploying and supporting their language training projects
- Onboard our clients by presenting the goFLUENT solution through Kick-off sessions or webinars
- Ensure that the solution is aligned with clients expectations and that issues are handled in a timely manner
- Escalate any important client needs or issues to the sales manager in charge of the account
- Support our clients (Training managers) use of our solution by presenting tools dedicated to monitoring the program or by providing specific reports
- Organize and lead monthly and/or quarterly reviews with clients
- Coordinate local support for global contracts in order to align goFLUENT's offer with the client's global learning strategy
- Upsell in collaboration with the sales manager of the account

**What Youll Need**
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a B2B company.
- Show a customer-centric attitude; be empathetic by carefully listening and understanding your clients needs, objections, etc
- Be process-driven and organized, your interpersonal skills will be your strength and will allow you to be successful in this position.
- Be a multitasker with great problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to each clients internal organizational structure.
- Be proactive and able to anticipate potential problems and/or provide proactive support as you are constantly striving to improve customer satisfaction and guarantee a successful project.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese (Native/C1 level minimum required), and advanced level of English.
- Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus
- Good command of CRMs, Salesforce (desirable), Google Suite.
