Support local Head of HR in providing a proactive HR consultancy services to all local staff in accordance with legal/regulatory requirements and company policies/ strategy;
- Support critical HR annual processes (such as Pay Review, Succession Planning, Talent Review, Performance Management and MI reporting);
- Manage onboarding and offboarding;
- Deploy an Annual Wellbeing Agenda;
- Succession Plan mapping for risk flight employees
- Manage mandatory and non-mandatory training for all local staff and support business on deploying them locally when needed;
- Support local implementation of Global HR projects;
- Lead all HR procurement tasks;
- Deploy a Culture Agenda with local EXCO;
- Support ERG Groups and initiatives;
- Support additional ad hoc initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in areas such as: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Economy or any related field;
- 5 years or + of HR experience is desirable;
- English fluency;
- Spanish fluency is a plus;
- Post Grad degree in HR Management, Organization Development or related degree and/or equivalent experience is a plus;
- Strong influencing skills, excellent interpersonal, management and communication skills;
- Experience of implementing transformation and change programs;
- Familiar with the legal and local regulatory environment in financial services;
