Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional estratégico(a), com forte atuação técnica e de negócios, para liderar uma de nossas Linhas de Serviço. Essa posição integra a primeira linha de liderança da empresa, com papel essencial na promoção da cultura corporativa, segurança, inovação e resultados financeiros.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Responsável técnico pelos projetos de sua linha de serviços;- desenvolver, orientar e validar projetos, resultados de ensaios, procedimentos de campo e relatório.- Seleção de recursos produtivos e fornecedores críticos.- Conhecimento e domínio das normativas técnicas de sua área.- Liderar equipes e projetos técnicos com foco nas áreas de infraestrutura e mineração, e em estudos de ruptura hipotética de barragens.- Desenvolver soluções e talentos alinhados à estratégia da empresa- Representar a empresa junto a clientes e parceiros- Garantir qualidade, segurança e sustentabilidade nas operações- Gerenciamento das linhas de testing (laboratório), consultoria, inspection & monitoring, geofísica e demais iniciativas de inovação.
