**Objective**

Perform function in accordance with all service standards established in this Job Description.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Leads 1:1 calls with clients, designed to help them translate their experience to the Canadian job market and determine clear career goals.
- Writes compelling resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Revises resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles written by other team members.
- Conducts job search strategy sessions, coaching clients on how to build and leverage their network and build their personal brand on LinkedIn.
- Conducts in-depth Mock interviews, providing actionable feedback and strategic advice to help newcomers remove barriers to success.
- Recruiting skills for IT and senior positions is mandatory.
- Searches and applies for jobs on behalf of clients.
- Helps create compelling Career-related content for social media.
- Facilitates live sessions on career-related topics.
- Performs other administrative tasks as assigned
**Required Competences**
- 3+ years of Experience with Career coaching and resume writing
- Experience with Recruiting and/or training and development an asset
- Academic background in Psychology, HR, or Communications
- Coaching certification or Career Practitioner Certification an asset
- Advanced knowledge of career resources across a variety of industries in Canada
- Strong research skills to quickly find reliable information online
- Excellent English skills (speaking and writing)
- Able to combine both the ability to see the bigger picture (strategic perspective) and a strong detail orientation
- A high level of curiosity, creativity, and empathy
- Highly efficient with strong time management skills
- Passionate about career coaching and the immigrant community

Precisely communicates information, including techniques; Encourages active participation and cooperation within the team;
Ability to effectively communicate the values and culture of the company through words, actions and decisions;
Behaves as an e-Visa ambassador and supports the construction of a healthy and attractive corporate image for the market.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular) and Google Platforms
- Knowledge in SalesForce is an asset
**Languages**:
English - fluent (mandatory)

Portuguese - fluent (mandatory)

Spanish - Advanced (Is an Asset)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- São Paulo, SP: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:

- at least 2 years of recruiting (required)
