During these exciting growth times we are expanding into Brazilian online travel market to help millions of travellers to save money on flights. We are value-driven online booking service with no hidden fees or charges.

This time we’re looking for an energetic, analytical, and creative Growth Marketing Manager to join our fully remote and diverse Growth team. You will be a part of a fast-paced environment and a brilliant team helping to build and implement a truly global, results-driven strategy through different digital marketing activities and growth hacking.

If you are a user-focused and data-driven growth marketer with strong copy-writing skills, who can spot growth opportunities in a busy digital space, if you are passionate about how to use modern techniques in growth and content marketing, then we would like to hear from you.

We operate in a lean environment empowering our teams for success. You will be supported by our brand, product, and commercial teams to deliver results in your market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our company's brand and products in Brazil
- Create and manage content for social media, website, and other marketing materials
- Analyze and report on marketing campaigns' performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Brazilian market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

**What we are looking for**:

- 1-2 year previous job experience in growth / online marketing and copywriting
- English and [Portuguese] Languages (must have) - native speaker or bilingual
- Understanding of [Brazilian] online market or App ecosystem
- Hands on experience in SEO, Paid search, Affiliate marketing or mobile search optimization
- Growth hacker mentality; product led, data driven, highly creative
- Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack, for example: Tableau, App Annie, Google Analytics
- Self-starter. With strong organisational skills, attention to detail, integrity and a completer-finisher work ethic
