The Floor Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations on the casino floor, ensuring smooth gameplay, compliance with operational procedures, and maintaining a high standard of service. This role requires strong attention to detail, quick decision-making skills, and the ability to handle escalations efficiently. The Floor Operations Officer plays a critical role in maintaining fairness, game integrity, and a positive player experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor live casino floor operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure game integrity by identifying and reporting any irregularities, technical issues, or suspicious activities.
- Evaluate the performance of game presenters and provide constructive feedback.
- Report problems or concerns to the Service Managers.
- Document incidents and outcomes by compiling detailed incident reports.
- Ensure the overall quality of games by enforcing operational standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving disputes on tables, addressing concerns from game presenters.
- Collaborate with the Service desk to troubleshoot and resolve any game-related issues promptly.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying areas for operational enhancements.
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties that might be required from time to time according to the company’s demands.
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- At least 2 years of experience in a monitoring role or similar role within the Live Casino Operations.
- In-depth understanding of live casino games, operations, and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify irregularities and ensure game integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting incidents and providing feedback.
- Proven ability to handle disputes and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented with leadership capabilities to guide and support game presenters
during the shift.
- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance operational efficiency.
