**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Analyst to join our team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will have the autonomy to manage the HR Operation processes for 5 countries (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico). You will also ensure compliance with local labor legislation, and provide guidance to stakeholders on HR policies and best practices.

**ABOUT THE TEAM**:

- Be responsible for the HR Operations Activities, including Admission, Termination, Vacation, Workday updates, Employee Services, and Benefits management.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and local labor legislation in LATAM.
- Ensure proper control of vacations.
- Guide stakeholders on HR policies and best practices;
- Propose improvements in operational processes and design simple solutions to complex problems;
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, developing relationships of trust and transparency.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Advanced or Fluent Spanish skills (mandatory);
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills, with experience in complex functions and formulas;
- Knowledge of local labor legislation (Desirable)
- Proved Experience in HR Operations / Payroll processes;
- Knowledge in People Operations, including admission, leaving, and vacations;
- Analytical and systemic thinking to design simple solutions to complex problems;
- Collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and accountability;
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
