Your tasks
- Responsible for internal customer service (national).
- Main point of contact for clients, from order entry to successful final delivery.
- Focused on continuous improvements and opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver orders according to their expectations.
- Support for daily operational activities of the export Customer Service.

**Profile**:

- Academic Degree or currently studying International Relations or Business Administration in Foreign Trade
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of ERP SAP desirable
- Additional Training (desirable): Export/Import, Incoterms, and related topics.
