**About the Team**:
The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company — from hiring the right talents, to developing employee-focused learning initiatives, and building a supportive environment for our employees to thrive in. At the core of Shopee’s success lies the talent and dedication of our employees. As our business expands, so does the need to grow with our employees.
- Develop and manage diversity and inclusion programs;
- Conduct training on D&I topics;
- Manage affinity groups within the D&I governance and strategy, as well as sponsors;
- Influence partner areas to conduct programs and improve processes to make them more inclusive;
- Support in building D&I communication and engagement campaigns at Shopee;
- Decision making based on D&I indicators;
- Create and restructure informative policies and guides on diversity and inclusion;
- Develop and maintain relationships with NGOs, consultancies, partner companies for project construction;
- Represent the company in forums and business commitments, bringing best practices;
- Conduct executive presentations of project data reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree;
- Solid experience in the Construction of D&I Projects;
- English intermediate - writing/reading at least
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from end to end
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Discipline to follow initiatives through;
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products;
