We are seeking for a experienced **Regional Swine Account Manager**:
- Southeast - Brazil, to lead sales for probiotics and enzymes portfolio for Swine segment.
This role is responsible for driving growth, managing distributors and developing strong relationships with direct customers
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Sales activities in the region;
- Build and maintain strong relationship with distributors and direct customers
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence
- Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional business growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to support decision making
Qualification requirements
- Bachelor's degree on Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science
- Experience in Swine Nutrition and Health
- Proven track record in sales and account management within Animal nutrition / health
- Strong knowledge of Swine market and distribution channels
- Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills
- Availability to travel frequently with the territory (at least 50% of time)
- Intermediate level or higher in English
- Team worker
