We are seeking for a experienced Layer and Genetic Account Manager for Brazil, to lead Technical Sales for probiotics and enzymes portfolio for Layer and Genetics segment.

This role is responsible for driving growth and Novonesis footprint, managing distributors and developing strong relationships with direct customers

Key responsibilities:

- Manage Sales activities in layers and genetics in Brazil
- Build and maintain strong relationship with main Strategic accounts on layer and genetic segments
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence
- Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional business growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to support decision making

Qualification requirements
- Bachelor's degree on Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science
- Strong experience in Animal Nutrition and Health
- Proven track record in tech sales and account management within Animal nutrition / health
- Strong knowledge of Layer market in Brazil
- Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills
- Availability to travel frequently with the territory
- Intermediate level or higher in English
- Team worker
