**About Sofia Health**:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team in day-to-day operations, customer success, and administrative tasks. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about health and wellness, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including follow-ups
- Assist in organizing and managing content for marketing campaigns
- Update and maintain provider profiles on the Sofia Health platform
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
- Help with social media scheduling and community engagement

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English only)
- Proficiency with tools like Zendesk, Mindbody, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Background in health and wellness or experience supporting executives.

**We Offer**:

- Flexible working hours (Pacific Time Zone).
- Fully remote work opportunity.
- Pay ranges start at $500 to $650 per month.
- Employment classification: Independent Contractor.

All hires begin with a trial period to evaluate competence, aptitude, and experience. We seek individuals who are dedicated and willing to go above and beyond to support the team’s success.

Pay: R$2,883.00 - R$3,763.00 per month
