The Tax and Litigation Analyst will be part of the Unit and Tax reporting area. Main responsibilities will be to support on tax litigation in order to analyze and follow up legal risk issues to mitigate the company’s exposure related to taxes; prepare reports and tax processes’ budget and contingency; manage outsourced offices; conduct administrative communication related to inspections and assessments, according to legal requirements; identify tax opportunities; provide tax regularization federal, state and municipal (CND); monitor mailboxes.The tax senior analyst will be also responsible to provide tax calculation and ancillary obligations regarding to ICMS and/or other taxes.

**Your role**:

- Support the internal consultancy for judicial, administrative, and tax matters.
- Manage tax litigation with outsourced offices and prepare reports.
- Support Head of Tax to evaluate the strategy in administrative and judicial litigation.
- Conduct administrative communication both oral and writing related to inspections and assessments, according to legal requirements.
- Identify tax opportunities in order to provide tax advice.
- Monitor and provide the regularization in federal, state and municipal levels (tax clearance).
- Manage mailboxes (federal/state/municipal and internal) in order to follow up the notifications.
- Prepare and manage tax processes’ budget and contingency.
- Provide and review ICMS tax calculation and ancillary obligations.

- Degree: bachelor’s degree in law (OAB active).
- Advanced English is essential
- Strong experience with tax litigation and indirect taxes (ICMS).
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); Projuris; SAP; Energy sector.
