**Tax Analyst - Pleno**

**Job description**:
Monthly calculation of IRPJ and CSLL of the group companies, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the collections, as well as their annual declaration (ECF) and other related advisory obligations;
SOX control related to the determination process and declaration of the IRPJ and CSLL;
Preparation of the corporate quarterly report of the IRPJ and CSLL, reconciling the differences in tax treatment between local books and US GAAP in line with the guidelines set by Corporate;
Managing the performance of external consultants in the Compliance Review, Transfer Pricing and Technological Innovation activities.
Location: Eco Sapucaí, Cidade Nova, RJ

**You are meant for this job if**:
Degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Economics;
Knowledge of accounting and Brazilian tax legislation, experience in the determination of IRPJ and CSLL, and preparation of their accessory obligations (ECF);
Knowledge of the legislation of Transfer Pricing, Technological Innovation.

Experience with SOX controls and corporate reporting;
Previous experience in companies in the O&G sector.

Advanced knowledge in Excel is a plus.

Advanced English.
