We are looking for a detail-oriented **Technical** **Talent** **Sourcer**. You will be responsible for finding and sourcing talent with the goal of fully filling the company's hiring needs for example. **Requirements**:

- Background in IT recruitment
- Experience in talent acquisition
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Knowledge of Employment Laws
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management
- Strong decision-making skills

**English level**:
Upper-Intermediate

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate a thoroughly understanding of specialized skills and qualifications in order to screen IT resumes
- Working with the GreenHouse
- Sending GDPR requests in accordance with instruction
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast their department's goals and hiring needs
- Recruit top talent people and achieve hiring goals
- Conduct Salary and Market research
