**Know the Product Manager Team**:
We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our rapidly growing organization at ArcTouch. As a Portfolio Manager, you will support multiple projects simultaneously and ensure client satisfaction by developing and implementing solutions that align with their goals. You will primarily work closely with agency stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, communicate transparently about project status, and promote our services.

In addition to overseeing projects, you will work on special projects or assist our Sales team with estimates and client pitches when not assigned to a client or partner project. You must ensure all projects are executed within the agreed timeframe and budget and promptly communicate any scope changes to fast-paced clients.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent written and spoken communication skills, the ability to handle constant context-switching, attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced environment. **Role expectations**:

- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.
- Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for new business inquiries, scoping, and estimating new requests with the team.
- Ensure that all relevant parties discuss and agree upon any changes in the project scope.
- Navigate independently on your goals, transforming strategy into tactics and execution, being propositive and proactive in finding ways to improve the quality of our services.
- Collaborate with various teams to align objectives and expectations and to ensure seamless execution of projects.

**On a typical day, you will**:

- Identify and manage multiple projects’ budgets and risks, escalating them to the relevant stakeholders.
- Work with the teams to balance competing customer value, quality, scope, time, and cost demands.
- Manage the team's workflow, ensuring constant improvement without losing sight of product effectiveness.
- Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and propose creative solutions to complex problems.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and timelines to communicate product strategy and manage stakeholders' expectations.
- Collect, analyze, and propose solutions based on available data.
- Collaborate with UX, UI, QA, and engineering teams to define viable solutions and review test scenarios when applicable.
- Promote a product culture in a consulting environment and actively lead the agile ceremonies.
- Keep up with trends in the tech world and be prepared to use this knowledge when needed.
- Be client-facing, reporting clear information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and keep track of project deliverables, ensuring the team understands the scope and commitments are honored.
- Facilitate and maintain comprehensive project documentation when applicable.
