**Job Summary**

Conduct and execute activities related to all Human Resources subsystems together with the business areas under their responsibility, in accordance with the established rules and procedures, aiming at maintaining a team of qualified professionals, in order to contribute to the development of the company business.
- Develop and update job descriptions and competency matrices for each function, together with the areas under their responsibility, in order to provide the basic elements for the administration of jobs and salaries and other processes in the area of '‹'‹human resources;
- Develop together with the manager, according to HR policies, the necessary structure of positions to support the activities and projects of his/her area of '‹'‹responsibility, respective benefits, validating and controlling headcount and budget;
- Plan and execute recruitment, selection, training and development activities, in accordance with procedures, helping to develop and retain qualified professionals who are suited to the company's needs;
- Structuring the Training Plan in accordance with the survey of Competency Matrices, Performance Assessment, Succession Plan and Area Projects, paying attention to time and budget issues;
- Conduct training programs, documenting personnel qualifications and all activities related to training, to meet the established goals, aiming to contribute to the maintenance of the Quality Management System;
- Monitor and evaluate the results of training programs, through the analysis of performance indices of each area, proposing, when necessary, changes to achieve the desired standard and contribute to the continuous improvement of the process;
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, with information and statistical data on human resources, aiming to provide subsidies for decisions and corrections of policies or procedures in the area of '‹'‹human resources;
- Participate in the process of designing and developing new projects and actions, such as communications, conflict mediation, monitoring the organizational climate, etc.;
- Follow and monitor the performance and productivity rates of human resources linked to partner areas, proposing training programs and behavioral or organizational changes, aiming to contribute to the achievement of the desired standards;
- Support and accompany the manager in the Performance Assessment and Succession Plan processes, developing action plans for performance improvement and professional development;
- Guide the business areas under his responsibility in all matters related to Human Resources and its subsystems, providing the necessary support to keep the areas aligned with the human resources processes;
- Support technical studies, various research, serving as a consultant on labor and union issues;
- Ensure their own safety and that of the team, following Cameron's safety procedures, through the use of safety equipment and avoiding accidents;

**Minimum Job Qualifications**

1. Degree in Administration, Psicology or similar 2. Minimum experience of 3 years in the HR area;3. Solid knowledge of interview techniques and recruiiting processes;4. Training and development experience;5. Advanced English.
