eProductivity Software is looking for an innovative, customer-focused HR Generalist to join our HR team in our São Paulo office in Brazil, with the option to be hybrid.
You will be involved in a wide range of human resource activities and projects including HR advisory, HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Employee On-boarding and Engagement, Payroll & Benefits, HR Policy Development, Employee Development, Management of Employee Data and Information and Health and Safety, the pace and breadth of the role means that every day will bring a new challenge.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Administer and work with the Talent Acquisition on recruitment process to ensure we recruit the right person for the right job
- Benefits management
- Timesheet system management
- Vacations control
- Medical exams control
- Generate contracts of employment for new employees and manage the on boarding in partnership with line management
- Track contract periods to ensure they are completed and closed/renewed in the system
- Maintain accurate employee records using the hr database
- Capture training undertaken
- General HR processes
- Ensuring complete and accurate record keeping and correspondence production
- Extract data from the HR database to produce statistics as and when required
- Maintain strong knowledge of regional HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Provide support and assistance to the local team
- Schedule and organize activities such as office operations, meetings, event logistics, travel and department activities
- Process invoices and payments, to include benefit invoices
- Work with the regional team on special, non-recurring and ongoing projects
- Prepare general correspondence, memos, org charts, excel spreadsheets, presentations to support and assist the team in deployment
- Compliance: complies with company policies and regulatory requirements
**Job Qualifications**:
- Compliance: complies with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in a HR environment
- Previous experience with selection
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to proficiently use Microsoft office including EXCEL, PPT, WORD
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work with mínimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
- English and Spanish
