**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**
If you are a person who cares about people, culture organization the environment and is ready to set up a new HR strategy in a totally new market, this role is for you
- Responsible for the day-to-day people agenda, ensuring excellent HR administration and compliance with national regulations while being actively involved in the entire lifecycle of employee engagement
- Create evaluation according to the KPIs of each area and career plans and growth opportunities within the organization.
- Administer the office supplies and be the first point of contact with the building support team
- Responsible for HR areas in Brazil: onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement.
- Ensures employee data is always accurate in the HRIS.
- Maintains up-to-date employee files as per legislation and company requirements.
- Administer all employee benefits, including communication with the benefits providers
**Good to have**:

- +2 years experience in HR and recruitment.
- Good understanding of Brazilian labor, social security, and tax legislation.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Confidentiality and loyalty.
- Soft skills and empathy.
- Passion for nurturing and growing a thriving on-site team.
- Outstanding communication skills and very organized
- Problem-solving and can-do attitude
