We are searching for the best talent for **HR Head Medtech** to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

**Purpose**: The HR Head Medtech Brazil will actively partner with Brazil Senior Leadership team to shape and deliver the overall HR strategy required to fuel growth and advance key business priorities aligned with our Leadership Imperatives & Our Credo in the following areas:

This role will report to the Medical Devices HR Head LATAM and be a part of the Regional HR Medtech LATAM Council and Brazil OneHR Leadership team

**You will be responsible for**:

- serving as the primary HR business partner for the assigned client group, being a facilitator, trusted advisor and coach on HR Strategic topics.
- providing group and one-on-one coaching with senior leaders on a variety of human capital issues: leadership development, business decision-making, human resources management, problem solving and performance management...
- partnering with people leaders to attract, develop and retain a diverse talent pipeline
- partnering with business leaders to shape and sponsor culture, Credo, employee engagement and change initiatives
- identifing key capabilities aligned with business goals, conduct gap analysis and develop and implement appropriate strategies. You implement effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change, e.g. acquisition, internal growth, restructurings.
- designing organizational structures to improve individual and organizational performance and to enable the organization to accomplish its goals.
- supporting the business leaders in an efficient implementation of key global/standardized HR processes in the following areas: succession planning, career management, performance management and talent development
- use analytics tools to derive insights to inform HR strategies in support of local, sector, regional and/or enterprise business goals.
- partnering with Specialist Groups to ensure coordination of HR strategies and processes across the organization....lead sector HR initiatives either through direct or matrixed reporting relationships. You support or lead HR Project roll outs.

**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements:

- University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- English proficiency is required. Spanish is desirable.
- Have prior HR business partner experience with large/ global organization desired
- Ability to build strong partnerships, connect and influence a diverse set of stakeholders
- Ability to derive insights from internal/external business drivers and financial metrics and translate them into people and organization strategies to maximize the effectiveness of talent outcomes for the business
- Business acumen, analytic capability, collaboration and communication skills
- Be a role model for behaviors consistent with the J&J Leadership Imperatives - Live Our Credo, Connect, Shape, Grow - and a record of unquestioned ethics and professionalism
