- Location: Brazil or Argentina
- **Responsibilties**:

- Implementation of global HR strategies, policies and guidelines within the Region.
- Development and maintenance of HR systems and policies (e.g. compensation).
- Ensure HR development, recruitment processes and succession planning are in line with corporate standards as well as ensuring the support of line management in all HR issues.
- HR controlling and administration of relevant HR issues as well as employee satisfaction.
- Smooth integration of transferees in local environment and compliance with local regulations (work permit etc.) and appropriate administration of payments.
- Ensure all assigned entities are complying within defined standards.
- Define and monitor regional HR policy and objectives.
- Act as sparring partner for the regional management in all HR issues; lead HR projects.
- Negotiate and deal with unions and external partners as well as public authorities.
- Adapt global corporate guidelines to regional needs as well as develop HR concepts which support the business strategy.
- Plan, define and control budgets in agreement with superior and Corporate HR.
- Support organizational development issues which impact employee development needs.
- Support international projects as required.

**We are looking for**:

- A solid background in strategic HR, with some regional exposure.
- The ability to act as a strategic Business Partner for senior leadership.
- Executive presence, and the ability to ‘speak at eye level’ with Country leadership.
- Credibility, passion, integrity and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a global organisation, with an international matrix structure.
- Willingness to travel often (up to 35%) between Brazil and Argentina.
- Tri-lingual language skills (Portuguese, Spanish, English).
