As an Intern, you will gain insight into the Western Union administrative process and develop your skills on an administrative and communications level in a 2- year program. You will get the opportunity to work on various projects across the business, focusing on supporting our Marketing Team. This is a rare opportunity for someone with no previous office experience to get their first look-in into the corporate world.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a looking-forward company, identifying opportunities and issues to drive brand/business growth. Western Union is expanding its operation in Brazil by launching new stores to support our customers better. You’ll be responsible for providing best-in-class ideas and initiatives to keep the pace of the company's growth.

**Role Responsibilities**
- You will gain experience in different areas of the Operations' daily routine.
- Assist with the improvement of our internal processes.
- Provide assistance to our stores and external agents.
- Full understanding of our product.
- Work closely with our International Operations team.

**Role Requirements**
- Ideally, pursuing a degree in Business, Economy, Engineering, or a related field, studying on the night shift.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Intermediate / Advance English knowledge (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of IT is a Plus.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to confidently use Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, mainly)
- An interest in currency / financial markets
- You need to be proactive and have an analytical profile and problem-solving skills. You also need to be assertive, and happy to assist others with a variety of tasks.
