Atividades que serão desempenhadas:
Somos uma área de Operações, onde processamos operações de câmbio e apoiamos as linhas de negócios para otimizar o processo operacional dos serviços e produtos bancários, com o objetivo de oferecer o melhor serviço aos clientes, através das seguintes atividades:
- Executar atividades de análise de documentação relativo a operações de câmbio, e registro nos sistemas internos do Banco e de reguladores locais;
- Executar controles de documentos enviados para e recebidos de clientes;
- Executar atividades relacionadas à contabilidade e reconciliação referente a operações de câmbio, incluindo analise de balanço e pendências contábeis;
- Elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e controle de KPIs;
- Relacionamento com áreas internas do Banco.
Requirements
**Requisitos**:
- Estar cursando Contabilidade, Administração, Economia ou áreas afins;
- Conhecimento avançado em Excel (VBA é desejável);
- Conhecimento intermediário em Word, PowerPoint e afins;
- Inglês avançado - no dia-a-dia é necessário contato verbal e escrito com os times globais do HSBC;
- Proatividade e senso de urgência;
- Disponibilidade para estagiar durante 2 anos;
- Disponibilidade para estagiar durante 30h semanais;
