Team Overview:
The Product Operations is key to deliver a great experience to our customers. Our team is full of people passionate about delivering a WOW product to our clients

As a Product Operations Intern you will work on projects which will directly affect our customer experience as well team's experience and efficiency for our businesses. Your day to day work will generate impact for thousands of people.

Role Responsibilities:

- Assist the customer experience product operation for the global business, cooperate with the overall strategy, support the department to improve key indicators;
- Perform product operational tasks, support information collation, data analysis & monitoring required by the department; and
- Facilitate communication and conduct research with multiple teams from the perspective of B-end and C-end users.

Role Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree or full-time undergraduate student, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; with study abroad experience is preferred;
- Good logical thinking, sensitive to data, and enjoy analyzing and solving a problem;
- Strong self-motivation, communication skills and teamwork skills, and able to execute assigned tasks efficiently; and
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, and able to output deliverables according to requirements.
