Creativity is the soul of advertising. Creative Product Operations Team helps empowering and inspiring advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.
We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead technology solutions in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem.
The Creative Product Operations Team is looking for Creative Product Operations professionals in LATAM who will work closely with PMO, Product Marketing Manager and Partner Managers to drive efficiency and operational excellence on TTCX and other creative products adoption in order to scale paid media investments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage LATAM creative products and partners operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Work cross functionally to define and improve operational processes
- Own contract management, payments processing and other administrative tasks
- Drive internal communications such as maintaining internal wiki system and knowledge drive
- Support budgeting and expenses reporting
- Plan and execute team offsites and marketing events
- Develop and maintain team reports and dashboards to track metrics and results

- 2+ years of experience in project management or operations
- Experience in project coordination, billing, contract, and/or procurement processes
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Spanish working proficiency is required
