About the team
Creativity is the soul of advertising. Creative Product Operations Team helps empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.
We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead technology solutions in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem.
About the role
The Creative Product Operations Team is looking for Creative Product Operations professionals in LATAM who will work closely with the PMO, Product Marketing Manager, and Partner Managers to drive efficiency and operational excellence on TTCX and other creative product adoption in order to scale paid media investments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage LATAM creative products and partner's operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Work cross-functionally to define and improve operational processes
- Own contract management, payments processing, and other administrative tasks
- Drive internal communications such as maintaining an internal wiki system and knowledge drive
- Support budgeting and expense reporting
- Plan and execute team offsites and marketing events
- Develop and maintain team reports and dashboards to track metrics and results
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in project management or operations
- Experience in project coordination, billing, contract, and/or procurement processes
- Analytical profile and skills with Excel and similar tools
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English due to business need
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Language: Intermediate/Proficient Spanish due to business need
- Bonus: You're passionate about TikTok. You love sharing inspirational ideas with others and are well-versed in TikTok trends. You live in the comments section and bring a fun collaborative energy to the room.
