Responsável por gerenciar processos criativos e fluxo de trabalho desde submissão breve criativa até lançamento de ativos digitais; facilite a colaboração entre diretores de arte, redatores e designers; revise os ativos digitais para obter precisão antes de ser revisado pelas equipes multifuncionais; participe de reuniões de revisão de ativos e feedback veterinário para as equipes criativas e de design; inicie reuniões de conceito criativo após a submissão de conteúdo para impulsionar a colaboração entre equipes criativas; gerenciar aprovações de fornecedores para ativos de marca; gerenciamento de cronogramas: Crie e gerencie cronogramas para direção de arte, cópia e design e gerencie prazos para ativos criativos; desenvolver e refinar processos eficazes de fluxo de trabalho, estratégias de agendamento e modelos de comunicação; comunique obstáculos e oportunidades de melhoria; garanta a adesão aos procedimentos operacionais padrão; supervisionar o fluxo e a qualidade da informação na equipe criativa; parceria com gerenciamento de projetos na integração de sistemas e incorporação de novos processos, ferramentas e sistemas de fluxo de trabalho; trabalhar com leads criativos e de design para desenvolver, manter, comunicar e treinar equipes internas e recursos/equipes externas; manter a compreensão de todos os aspectos do processo criativo, de design e de produção

**REQUISITOS**: inglês intermediário; experiência sólida em gestão operacional; experiência no tratamento de questões em torno de supervisão, gestão de recursos, tecnologia e processos de fluxo de trabalho; compreensão do design, cópia e direção de arte, e entregas criativas digitais; comunicar e construir fortes conexões com as lideranças das equipes; liderando e gerenciando a visão de um departamento; defendendo tanto os parceiros quanto a definição de funcionários e o gerenciamento das expectativas dos stakeholders; conhecimento de implementação e utilização de tecnologias que suportam equipe criativa (workflow/gerenciamento de projetos, gerenciamento de ativos digitais) e conhecimento básico do Adobe Creative Suite e microsoft Office; registre e gerencie a lista de freelancers.
