The Lead Generation Specialist will be a core component of our Brokerkit Demand Generation Team both for Brokerkit leads and for our customers. Our new team member will play a key role in managing technology and data for outbound prospecting and inbound leads along with running a 'Done For You' (DFY) managed campaign professional service for our CRM customers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Implement tech solutions for optimal lead generation and seamless integration with existing systems
- Use research tools to build prospect lists, supplement databases, and maintain lead databases
- Oversee and optimize lead generation campaigns for Brokerkit and individual accounts
- Monitor lead progress within the CRM, initiate task-based alerts for appointment readiness
- Integrate new lead sources into customer accounts.
- Generate concise weekly reports for Brokerkit prospecting and monthly reports for each account

**Role-based Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-year lead generation experience
- Proficient in tech-savvy lead generation and campaign management
- Organized researcher, identifying high-potential outbound leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven, and motivated to uncover new business opportunities and nurture customer relationships
- Adept at leveraging data and analytics for lead-generation strategies
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment and independently
- Thrives in a highly competitive environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Residential real estate experience will be strongly considered
- Funnel building and conversion rate optimization
- PPC/social ads
- Content marketing & SEO

**What We Offer**
- The compensation will be $5-10 USD per hour commensurate with experience
- This is a full-time (40 hours per week Monday-Friday) remote role as an international contractor, and you will be paid in USD which will be deposited in your local account in your local currency.
