We are now looking for a **Office Analyst** to join our project team in **Itajaí/SC, Brazil.** In this position, you will report to the Project Manager and Site Manager in Wärtsilä.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Administrative support for the local Branch Office requirements in close cooperation with Project Manager and Site Management
- Support for preparation, print-out and delivery of customer documentation
- Creation of process and templates in coordination with the project management and implementation of these in the daily project workflows as necessary
- Organization of office materials and equipment’s
- Administrative support for local and foreign employees (e.g. registration, travel arrangements, accommodation, translations)
- Support for the on-site team for any administrative tasks as deemed necessary (e.g. travel arrangements, cost expense claims etc.)
- Monitoring of personal data in regards to access to workplace (shipyard) for own, as well as sub-contracted employees.
- Tracking expenses and predicting future costs for the Branch Office - in close cooperation and alignment with the Project Manager, Site Manager and Project Controller
- Ensuring that demands inherent to the process are carried out with quality, in accordance with the rules and within the established deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of complex processes
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience in SAP is a plus
- Advanced/Fluent in English (written and spoken)
