Cargo Flow Analysis

Analyze reports of customer behavior, commercial forecast, cargo readiness to define actions related to load list
Analyze extra bookings request
Analyze and calculate draft, moves and operational restriction
Analyze connections for transshipment cargo

Monitor vessels utilizations. Suggesting and initiating short/long term action plan in case of over or under used allocation
Create, produce and analyze reports on vessel performance. Identify the impacts of those evolutions within her/his scope and propose action measures if necessary.
Handle vessel contingencies interacting directly with Vessel OPS Marine Team
Manage the relationship and day to day interaction with all VSA stakeholders
Monitor actively the important evolutions on system and processes
Monitor the costs related to vessel operation
Project performance by voyage and port of loading
Plan the strategy of booking level, monitor the allocation per port of loading and guiding the commercial team with gaps, overflows and pushing in line with trade strategy

Monitor / Suggest stop booking per equipment at POL & POD level

Define the quantity to roll per port pair considering impact on next to grant the less costs of rollover with less commercial impact

Define late arrival acceptance

Provide simulations and studies whenever is necessary to support trade + HO necessity

Suggest omissions, extra calls whenever necessary

Connect and Follow up transshipment cargoes
Manage and follow up on waiver requests

Follow up the forecast performance with Equipment Logistic and OPS teams
