**Job Summary**
Day-to-day responsibilities include booking demos, cold calling, and attending events to help optimize our inbound sales efforts.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify prospective customers.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
**Qualifications**
A successful sales associate is self-motivated, has a sales mindset is outgoing, and with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A love of customers and the health and wellness industry.
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships, and network.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- First-hand experience managing outreach campaigns and closing sales.
- Creativity, energetic and willing attitude.
- A dedicated hard worker who is able and determined to win.
**Even Better to have**
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- College degree
- Commitment to learning, being adaptable, and having a great attitude within a growing business
- Resiliency
- Strong problem-solving skills
