We are currently hiring on behalf of a fast-growing U.S.based client seeking **Remote Sales Agents in Brazil** to join their dynamic international sales team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote-first environment while representing a reputable brand in the U.S. market.
**Position: Remote Sales Agent (Fluent English - US Market)**
**Location**: Remote (Must reside in Brazil - Florianópolis preferred)
**Employment Type**: Full-time (CLT or PJ options available)
**Language Requirement**: English C1-C2 with clear, neutral accent
**Overview**:
We are looking for a driven and articulate **Sales Agent** to join our remote team supporting US-based clients. This role involves engaging with potential customers, presenting products/services, and converting leads into sales — all in **perfect, fluent English**. A **neutral and professional accent** is essential, as you'll be speaking daily with US-based customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with potential clients in the US
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent pipeline communication
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, workflows, and customer approach
**Qualifications**:
- English fluency at C1-C2 level, with **clear and neutral pronunciation**:
- **Strong verbal communication** - broken English or heavy accents will not be considered
- Previous experience in **sales, telesales, or inside sales** is preferred
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive, persuasive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a CRM or sales tracker
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
