The role
Drive product initiatives to increase conversion and retention in FORMEL Skin and ultimately reach the next level of scale, impact, and profitability
Manage a fast moving experimentation roadmap across multiple areas, always evolving with the latest findings. Align with and inform longer term product directions.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, analytics, and design teams to build and deploy fabulous product experiences, learn from results and iterate quickly
**Requirements**:
2+ years in Product management
Have a growth marketing, optimization and experimental mindset, experience in deep analytics and a history of running large scale A/B tests, all of it leading to data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with web development, experimentation platforms, analytical tools, and measurement methodologies
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with a highly collaborative personality
Fluent english.
