As a **Senior Sales Executive** you will help scale **e-Core's growth in a fast-paced global market** while also working alongside **people driven by the same purpose**. **You will have the following responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for making market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate business opportunities according to customer needs;
- Create strategic solutions to follow up with customer portfolio;
- Keep our CRM up to date;
- Develop average and high complexity strategies for our customers, helping them to achieve their goals. Aim to develop e-Core's clients portfolio.
- Be responsible for leading client meetings to present products, financial analysis, commercial proposals, technical projects and internal reports, as well as present follow-ups on ongoing projects and support the team;
- Build relationship with new and potential clients, expanding e-Core's partnership accounts;
- Follow-up with new leads about business progresses, commitments and success rates;
- Work closely with the sales team, with the goal to understand our product portfolio;
- Evaluate and request contract approvals through the spreadsheets elaborated by the Sales assistant while also being responsible for sending the contracts to the client, after signed for our board;
- Monitoring sales numbers related to the goals established by e-Core;
- Guarantee a high volume of business opportunities in the sales funnel, in all stages.
- Be in touch with the clients with the goal to evaluate their satisfaction level with our products and services;
- Nurture relationships with clients, aiming for retention and loyalty, while also contacting them periodically with the goal to create business opportunities.

**It would be important for you to have**:

- At least upper-intermediate English;
- Knowledge in negotiation techniques;
- Strong knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM tool;
- Proven knowledge and experience with leads and opportunity qualification;
- Strong knowledge with Atlassian tools and AWS - Solutions.
