**SR TAX ANALYST**

**Job description**:

- Monthly calculation of the corporate income tax (IRPJ) and social contribution on net earnings (CSLL) of the companies of the group, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the collections, as well as of their annual declaration (ECF) and other related advisory obligations;
- SOX controls related to the process of calculation and declaration of the IRPJ and CSLL
- Preparing the corporate quarterly report of the IRPJ and CSLL, reconciling the differences in tax treatment between local books and US GAAP in line with the guidelines set by Corporate;
- Managing the work of external consultants in the Compliance Review, Transfer Pricing and Technological Innovation activities.
- Location: Eco Sapucaí- Cidade Nova, Rio de Janeiro, RJ

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics;
- Advanced English
- Accounting knowledge and Brazilian tax legislation, experience in the determination of IRPJ and CSLL, and preparation of its accessory obligations (ECF);
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing legislation, Technological Innovation.
- Experience in Big 4 audit companies;
- Experience with SOX controls and corporate reporting;
