The Opportunity:
This is an entry-level position; you’ll learn and then be responsible to support OpenText products. You must be very patient and have a clear and empathic communication to deal with technical and non-technical staff from our customers. You need to be good at logic, have some experience with IT, know at least the basics of ITIL and are always ready to learn more.

Está é uma posição de entrada para trabalhar no time de suporte da OpenText. Você será treinado e então passará a suportar nossos produtos. O perfil ideal é paciente e tem uma comunicação clara, para lidar com usuários técnicos e não técnicos. Ter empatia é fundamental.

Você precisa ser bom em lógica, ter alguma experiência com TI, preferencialmente suporte ou operações, saber pelo menos o básico de ITIL e ter muita vontade de aprender.

IMPORTANTE - Segunda a Sexta (11AM - 08PM).

Vaga hibrida, apenas duas vezes por semana no escritório (3 a partir de janeiro), durante treinamento irá trabalhar em horário comercial.

Inglês avançado/fluente obrigatório, SERÁ TESTADO. Irá atender clientes em português e inglês.

**Perfil**:

- Inglês avançado/fluente
- Desejável ter experiência em suporte técnico.
- Ter conhecimento em relação as boas práticas do ITIL.
- Ter entendimento em relação aos protocolos de comunicação.
- Graduado ou cursando superior relacionado à área de TI.
- Desejável conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows, Unix ou Linux.
- Foco em resolução em primeiro nível.
- Habilidade para realizar diversas tarefas simultâneas e priorizá-las de forma eficaz.
- Atitude positiva, paciência, compreensão, dedicação e comprometimento.
- Atenção a detalhes, capacidade de rapidamente entender novos conceitos, com sede de conhecimento.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de acesso remoto.
- Trabalho em equipe.
