YOUR IMPACT

An Associate Production Support Specialist role at OpenText is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to make a difference. As a key contributor, you'll be instrumental in supporting cutting-edge Business Network solutions that enhance the security, stability, and profitability of our customers' businesses.

  • Learn to support OpenText products, a global leader in Information Management.

  • Engage directly with clients and OpenText teams from around the world.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Proficiency in English and Brazilian Portuguese language will be assessed as part of the selection process.
  • Some experience in support or operations.
  • Basic ITIL knowledge.
  • A desire to learn.
  • Patience to support both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Availability to work from 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (three weeks per month, Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday to Thursday at office)
  • Availability to work from 10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday (one week per month, remote)
