The Marketing Manager for Brazil will be responsible for initiating and executing marketing initiatives in the Brazilian market as an integrated part of our global marketing team.
This role will report to the Director of Marketing, APAC & IL and will be based out of São Paulo, BR. Native proficiency in Portuguese and full professional proficiency in English is required.

The Outbrain Marketing Manager will be working in a global marketing environment and will experience the forefront of marketing technological innovations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain regional alignment to global branding, messaging, and strategy.
- Collaborate with global teams to sync and execute on cross-functional projects such as product launches and global tentpole activities.
- Collaborate on sales enablement and customer support materials for the markets including pitch development, sales collaterals, lead generation strategy, training programs, case studies and brand uplifts.
- Lead PR efforts by working closely with local and global PR agency to develop strategic plan to tackle in-market challenges
- Manage trade shows, conferences and hosted events including pre-event planning, logistics, content developing etc.
- Build key partnerships with organizations & influencers in the industry.
- Track, measure, and report on all marketing activities including ROI and outcomes.
- Work closely with local sales teams to identify and address opportunities to drive growth.
- Manage the Brazilian marketing budget.

**What we are looking for**:

- Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English business language proficiency.
- Preferably a degree in Marketing and 5+ years work experience in a similar role (advertising/publishing or technology industry in a B2B marketing experience)
- Experience using sales & marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Datorama, Adobe Creative Package - an advantage.
- Extensive experience with event management and working with sales teams
- Extensive communication skills, both verbal and written (awesome storyteller? obsessive about grammar & punctuation? We love it)
- Experience in writing content for digital media channels & PR.
- Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills and an ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-starter who knows how to work independently and pushes to get things done. Comfortable with doing high-level tasks as well as executing operational work.
- Analytical thinker.
- Ability to learn & quickly adopt new technologies.
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable with uncertainty; able to move and adapt quickly and engage internal and external resources.
