**What you will do**:
Leads the team responsible for Machine and Work tools orders for North and South American dealers, supporting compliance and dealer support on Ordering, invoicing and Caterpillar interface with dealers.
- Managing the orders flow from the dealer to the factory and thru the life cycle of the order changes up to the invoice to the dealer.
- Managing the development, implementation and maintenance of import and export compliance policies and procedures.
- Providing support to product groups and diverse Caterpillar organizations in front of the dealer within the orders environment.
- Supporting documentation in a timely manner to assure machines will be delivered as promised.

- **Cross-Team Integration**:Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team.
- **Supply Chain Management - MFG**:Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logístical processes.
- **Transportation - MFG**:Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials and goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers,manufacturing facilities and customers.

- Degree required
- Pre-advanced English and Intermediate Spanish required
