**The Role**
As the Program Analyst (Bilingual), you will be responsible for the preparation, updating and dissemination of Risk Management rules and procedure for clients and their subcontractors (if any). You will supervise and coordinate all activities directly related to the implementation and management of the GR in the client's operations; Analyze and propose, based on the loss ratio of the client and/or the market, plans and improvement actions to mitigate the risk of the operation; Provide support to the client in matters related to the risk management for decision-making; Provide general support to all those involved who participate in the customer's operations; Prepare reports with indicators and statistics of performance and loss ratio of the operation, making this material available and presenting it on a monthly basis; Give committees, workshops, and other presentations requested by the contracting party to those involved in cargo transport operations; Ensure the best risk management practices as well as its constant evolution.
**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Be the analyst of the GR data of its clients
- Presenting action plans and consulting on the best GR practices in the market
**Required**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Genuine commitment to excellent customer experience
- Excitement around working with an innovative and collaborative team
- Fluency in English Language
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
**Preferred**:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Experience in supply chain or related role
