For more information, please visit: About the Team / Role We are looking for a senior analyst to lead projects that impact both passenger and driver perception within the Mobility business unit. This position will create and manage projects and initiatives that bring positive impacts to passenger and driver perception, improving the experience and loyalty of platform users. The professional will participate in a rotation program, with the possibility to work for different teams within the Mobility business unit. The role involves extracting, organizing and analyzing data from different sources, transforming insights into recommendations and actionable projects. You will interact with teams such as Operations, Product, Marketing, CRM, etc., to drive strategic and operational changes that increase perceived value for customers. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret data related to user perception and experience to identify opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain dashboards and indicators that enable continuous monitoring of related metrics. Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses that support suggestions for improvement initiatives. Create and manage projects to improve user perception involving strategies on several fronts, such as changes in operations activities, product improvements, and communication campaigns. Act as a bridge between related areas to ensure alignment of objectives and the execution and progress of projects. Use data analysis and complex metrics to generate actionable insights. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in segmentation models and user engagement strategies. Experience in leading multidisciplinary projects involving different areas of the company. Ability to collect and organize data from multiple sources (internal databases, research reports, app store evaluations, etc.). Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI or similar). Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders’ activities according to the insights generated. Advanced English for communication with teams in China.
